Was Jesus really resurrected from the dead? Does it matter? Paul said that if Jesus wasn’t resurrected from the dead, then our faith is futile and in vain. The First Creeds of Christianity

Paul quotes several creeds, confessions of faith, and hymns to the readers of his letters that were used in the early Christian church. The passage of 1 Corinthians 15:3 – 5 is a great one to point to when the story of Jesus’ resurrection and life are said to be puffed up myths and legends that got embellished as time went on. This passage among others hold the words that reflect the faith Jesus produced in the men and women that physically walked beside him.   | more...
